This is is one of the tastiest and easiest to prepare Chicken dishes ever.
6 -8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. If you prefer chicken breast you will need 3 – 4 breast filleted.
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbl apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper
1/4 cup fresh rosemary chopped
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 casserole dish with Pam spray. Place chicken in casserole dish and season with salt and pepper. Combine Dijon mustard, maple syrup and vinegar and blend well. Pour mixture over chicken and coat both sides. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Makes 3 – 4 servings. You can also marinade the chicken overnight in sauce and grill.
